    "description": "Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a supplier or suppliers for the provision of providing a range of grounds works to all cemeteries including the installation of a range of grave styles whilst ensuring memorial safety is paramount when checking, fixing and maintaining a variety of memorial options.
