      "features": "The Council is seeking Provider(s) to deliver the following services: Lot 1: Extra Care, Care and Support at Hallcroft Lot 2: Extra Care, Care and Support at Rowanberries This Procurement comprises of two stages: Stage 1 The deadline for responding to this Invitation to Tender (\u201cITT\u201d) by submitting and returning a completed procurement specific questionnaire (\u201cPSQ\u201d) and a Stage 1 Tender through the Portal is 12:00 noon on 7 October 2025. Suppliers must pass all requirements of the PSQ to progress to the scored selection stage. Bidders will be ranked in order of scoring, with up to 3 of the highest scoring bidders for each Lot invited to take part in Stage 2. Stage 2 Bidders invited to Stage 2 will be informed no later than a week before the date of the presentation. The deadline for responding to the Stage 2 invitations is 12 noon on 7 November 2025."
