    "description": "Wirral Council seeks to commission a Care and Support at Home Mobile Nights Service (\"the Service\") can be broadly defined as a domiciliary home care service that provides social care support for people in their home during the night-time hours (10.00pm - 07:00am), 7 days a week, 365 days a year.\nThe service will deliver both planned and unplanned care, working seamlessly and collaboratively with other services to support people in their own homes, preventing admissions to acute care settings, reducing length of stay in hospital and facilitating hospital discharge.
