Description

Great Places Housing Group is responsible for over 27,000 homes and properties across the North West and South Yorkshire. This contract is for the planned preventative maintenance and responsive repair of passenger lifts and domestic stair lifts across a diverse property portfolio, including residential blocks, sheltered housing, offices, and community facilities. For passenger lifts, platform lifts, step lifts, through-floor lifts, and stair lifts installed within the Employer's Properties, the awarded Contractor will complete to best industry practice: (1) Lift Servicing (2) Reactive maintenance / responsive repairs (3) 24/7/365 entrapment response. The contract will cover properties located in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and South Yorkshire. This covered procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, using the open procedure. Tenders will be submitted via the e-tendering portal, ProContract.
