RTX Corporation \u2013 Pratt \u0026 Whitney Division hold the relevant technical skills, engineering know-how, tools, Type T-62T-2B and T-62-40C7EH technical data, drawing and design information, are the only supplier capable of meeting the Authority\u2019s requirement and there are no reasonable alternatives.",
