The works will be located across Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council. Each property must receive a pre and post works Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which is uploaded to the Open EPC Register. The Council's in-house team of Domestic Energy Assessors will support the undertaking of some of these. Each property must be subject to a whole-house assessment.
