They have been delivering the required services within the allocated financial envelope for some time. There have been no concerns escalated with regard to performance or quality.  The provision is integrated well with other relevant local services, and offers social value both through good development routes for local staff and strong engagement with the local community, especially in seeking to address gaps on health inequalities.",
