    "description": "The Science Museum Group would like to appoint a framework with one provider that will provide SMG with security expertise in response to specific project requirements, security best practice queries as well as ad hoc requests from all Departments across the Group. \nSite visits will be held on Monday 22nd September at the Science Museum and Wednesday 24th September at the National Railway Museum. Please note, before completing your tender response, a mandatory site visit to the Science Museum in London or the National Railway Museum in York is required. Any respondents who have not visited, will not be considered. Potential bidders should book the site visits by 5pm on Thursday 18th September. \nTo note: in March 2026 SMG will be completing the procurement of the Security officer provision. This process is considered to be in conflict with the above requirement and therefore should the successful provider from this framework wishes to bid for the security officer provision and were successful they would need to withdraw from the framework and a new tender would be completed.\nPlease refer to the tender documents for further details.",
