    "description": "Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield     District Council (the Council) (ADC),\nAshfield District Council is seeking tenders for a single Contractor to undertake general building repairs and maintenance work to properties throughout the District of Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.\nThe Authority\u0027s detailed requirements are set out in the specification of works. The quantities contained in the Schedule of Rates section of this document are provided as provisional quantities only.\nThis contract is monitored by the completion of post work inspections and on occasions ADC may undertake Tenant surveys. Contractors shall make every effort to achieve the highest possible standard of work and customer satisfaction as the results of monitoring processes will form the basis for the continued allocation of work under this contract.\nWe intend to award to a single supplier to deliver all works detailed in the specifications. The winning supplier must be able to provide all works detailed in the specifications Directly or supply chain/sub-contractors.\nIf bidders can only provide parts of the works detailed in the specifications or provide pricing for only parts of the SOR\u0027s you will be disqualified from the tender process and you bid will not be evaluated.",
