A 2 year project (with an evaluation) of the implementation of the licenced "Shout Up!" programme by Durham and Darlington Rape Crisis Centre (RSACC). This is a licenced programme that can only be delivered by RSACC. The programme consists of • Licensing of the Shout Up! model from Rape Crisis, including training materials, publicity, toolkits, and venue support. • A dedicated worker hosted by RSACC to recruit, train, and support venues. • In-person and online training for night-time economy workers. • Branded materials for venues to visibly demonstrate a zero-tolerance stance. • Strategic communications and media work to amplify messaging, support cultural change, and increase public confidence. • Ongoing quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation.
