Mechanical and Electrical (M\u0026E) Works\nMechanical Systems:\no Upgrades or modifications to heating and ventilation (HVAC) systems to ensure compliance with current standards.\nElectrical Works:\no Installation or upgrading of lighting, power outlets, and data cabling as per layout drawings.\no Install new fire alarm systems, and security systems as required.\nPlumbing:\no Minor plumbing works to install or upgrade taps, sinks, or toilets in line with the fit-out requirements.\no Ensure water systems are tested and meet health and safety regulations.\n4.
