"description": "This procurement exercise is being conducted under an open framework model, as defined by the UK Procurement Act 2023 section 49.\nAn open framework is a flexible procurement arrangement that allows for the award of successive frameworks on substantially the same terms over a period of up to eight (8) years. Unlike traditional frameworks, this model is designed to be reopened at least twice during its lifetime, the first time within the first 3 years of its life and at least every 5 years thereafter.
