This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.Written representations need to be sent via the Atamis e-tendering portal, Project Reference: C369778 - COVID-19 Vaccination Programme \u2013 Outreach Services for the Midlands Region.The award decision makers are NHS England\u2019s Regional Commissioning Group and;The Project Group:The evaluation panel who consisted of NHS England and Regional ICB\u2019s personnel: -- Pharmacy Programme Manager- Senior Programme Manager \u2013 Health Protection, Vaccinations and Immunisations- Operations Manager- Deputy Head of Operations Covid-19- Covid 19 Project Manager- Assistant Locality Lead \u2013Vaccination Programme Team- Senior Programme Manager- Head of Immunisations- Programme Lead- Senior Project Manager- Health Inequalities Programme Lead- Head of Clinical BusinessNo conflicts of interest were flagged as part of this process.The Basic Selection Criteria was scored on a Pass/Fail or For Information basis. The Key Criteria (per Lot) were weighted as follows:1. Integration, Collaboration \u0026 Service Sustainability \u2013 20.00%2. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating Choice - 35.00%3. Quality and Innovation \u2013 15.00%4. Social Value \u2013 10.00%5. Value \u2013 20.00%The weightings for the 5 key criteria were determined by the procurement panel to give appropriate relative importance to each of the sections equally in line with the commissioning expectations for the service. These were assessed on a scored basis (0-5) as per the evaluation criteria set out within the procurement documentation.The awarded Providers have been selected as they have met all requirements of the Basic Selection Criteria and each Provider scored the highest overall out of 100 for each lot against the published Key Criteria (listed above)."
