The design is to include sand play equipment, imaginative toddler equipment and the creation of a seated/picnic area and associated surfacing.  \n1.2\tRemove in entirety the original sand pit including paving / concrete edging and return to grass.  Then to supply and install new play equipment and associated rubber wet pour surface. Including creative sand play equipment, four seat springer, infant unit and all associated safety surface:\n\u2022\tTo supply and install selected new toddler social and interactive play equipment and safety surfacing with imaginative and challenging designs to increase play value.\n\u2022\tInstall new sand pit within the old paddling pool with interactive sand piay equipment. \n\u2022\tTo supply and install, picnic benches and seating. \n\u2022\tTo maintain the council\u2019s high standard of inclusion and creation of a safe play experience for all visitors and users of the site.\n\u2022\tApprox. Surface Area:  Existing Sand Pit \u2013 48 M/Sq.\n\u2022\tApprox. Surface Area:  Paddling Pool \u2013 215 M/Sq.\n\u2022\tApprox. Surface Area: Picnic and play Area \u2013 300+M/Sq\n1.3\tTo be considered, suppliers are expected to submit a thorough and concise bid response for this tender. In accordance with the Technical Specification document. Suppliers are invited to visit the site prior to submitting a detailed response to ensure they satisfy themselves with the site and requirements to be able to submit an innovative response that ensures compliance and value for money.",
