The meals that are to be provided must be appealing to customers, imaginative, provide good value for money and be nutritionally balanced to encourage all students to make an educated choice.\nThe Trust\u0027s objectives for the new contract are as follows:- \n \u2022 Pupils are offered well balanced, nutritional and appealing food that is appropriate for individual school settings. \n\u2022 Meaningful pupil engagement is embedded where feedback is sought, considered and reflected in menus. \n\u2022 Food is of a high-quality \u0026 reasonable in terms of portion sizes. \n\u2022 The catering provision is inclusive and designed to recognise and meet the individual needs of our pupils such as physical restrictions, dietary and religious requirements. \n\u2022 The catering provision supports the trusts desire to maximise \nsustainability throughout its delivery. \n\u2022 Catering staff are embedded within the school staffing structure, modelling school values and complying with policy and regulation. \n\u2022 Transparency and consistency in the charging of all catering, including hospitality. \n\u2022 Value for money through achieved and can be evidenced \n\u2022 Efficient systems for payment, ordering and serving to ensure pupils prevent the possibility of debt and receive the meal of their choice swiftly. \n\u2022 Hospitality is provided that is suitable for a professional audience.\n \u2022 Collaborative relationship with supplier which results in professional service delivery. \n\u2022 A catering service that is well managed and requires minimal involvement from the Trust\u0027s management team. \n\u2022 A strong Contractor Area Manager who will develop and lead the team to deliver a customer service focused offer and spend a substantial amount of time on site at the outset to undertake this. \n\u2022 Investment in the Trust\u0027s Catering service through increased marketing in return for a tenure of contract. \n\u2022 A higher number of students and staff using the facilities by providing a high quality, affordable and nutritious meal.",
