A key objective of this framework will be for each intern to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to successfully enter the world of work, and will subsequently gain sustainable paid employment at the end of the programme.\nThe framework will be established for an initial duration of 24 months, with the option to extend for up to 24 further months in annual increments at the Council\u0027s discretion.
