The contractor must have a quality control system in place to ensure the service and goods comply with Midland Hearts specification.Any flooring required in our communal areas are service chargeable and therefore pre-surveys are required to obtain accurate measurements at SOR level to allow for tenant consultation (see section 1.2), the minimum period of consultation is 30 days.  The pre-surveys are not chargeable and not all properties surveyed will result in the flooring being commissioned.   Occasionally flooring maybe requested to area\u2019s that have had flooring replaced within the past 10 years, if this is deemed possible the Contractor is to inform the Client immediately as a flooring replacement will most likely not be required, any that have Polysafe Wood Fx flooring range or similar in-situ are typical of what is expected to be escalated.",
