This is the point at which the providers representation was received following the initial contract award decision.\nFollowing the return to step 8(a) additional details were added to the representation by the provider which were also reviewed by an Internal Review Panel.\nA further representation was submitted to the Independent Patient Choice and Procurement Panel who considered the request against its acceptance criteria and did not accept the case for review.\nThe Independent Patient Choice and Procurement Panel decision was to bring the standstill period to an end, in line with the PSR statutory guidance, and proceed to award the contract to the chosen provider(s).\nThe individuals involved in the internal review were Alyson Corns - Dental Programme Lead, Joy Dodson - Asst.
