    "procurementMethodRationale": "Our schools use a range of registered and non registered Alternative Provisions that offer support that is bespoke to a child\u0027s needs. Active Support caters for significant numbers of CLT students each year such that the total combined cost of the service across our schools is estimated at \u00a3500k pa over the next three academic years 25/26 to 27/28.\nWithin the range of providers that are available, the Trust schools commission Active Support\u0027s services because they are unique in that they fulfill all of the following specific quality criteria for certain students: \nSupport learners aged between 9 years and 16 years\nOffers a broad and balanced curriculum that supplements the schools\u0027 curriculum offer.\nOffers full and part time places for young people struggling to cope in mainstream education due to complex, social, emotional and/or behavioural needs\nIs based in Bedfordshire\nIs accredited by LBC, BB and CB (our 3 LAs)\nIs at least Ofsted Good\nIs a registered school ie has a URN\nEmploys qualified teachers\nHas a proven track record in providing support over at least the past ten years\nIs capable of offering 40+ places",
