This programme is a dedicated cross community Health and Wellbeing Programme. It will focus on promoting social inclusion and improving the mental and emotional wellbeing for disadvantaged and marginalised groups by supporting them as follows: \u2022 Tackling isolation and loneliness programme focused on developing and supporting men\u2019s and women\u2019s sheds concept across Mid Ulster District Council. \u2022 Disability engagement programme targeting people with learning and physical disabilities through existing groups and networks to support in a range of the following (as required): Development skills /Social networking /Civic Engagement \u2022 Building resilience for Youth programme- developing and delivering bespoke youth led programme on a cross community basis, focused on resilience of young people and tackling a range of specific issues relevant to them (e.g mental health, healthy relationships, sexuality, drugs, alcohol, health and wellbeing, personal safety etc). Through the programme young people will be supported to engage and participate in leadership development opportunities. \u2022 A total of 750 people will be engaged over a 3 year period. The programme will be delivered through a model of engaging people supporting them to contribute to a more cohesive and prosperous society.",
