The Community Occupational Therapy Service will deliver a high-quality outcome-focussed service supporting people to achieve their identified outcomes.\nThe Community Occupational Therapy Service will:\n\u2022 Support local people live independent, safe and healthy lives in a place they call home where\nthey feel safe and part of their community.\n\u2022 Help people to live fulfilling lives regardless of age, disability, status and social background\n\u2022 Facilitate and enable people to overcome any barriers that prevent them from doing the\nactivities (occupations) that matter to them.\n\u2022 Support people to increase their independence\n\u2022 Support carers to maintain their caring role and achieve choice and control in their life outside\nof caring.",
