Home improvement minor works - overarching Notice due to commercially sensitive information. Durham County Council undertake minor works contracts such as extensions, garage conversion, internal/external alterations for disabled clients in line with Grant funding requirements. The Amounts on this notice is an approximate of spend for Home Improvement works over 4 years (subject to Grant funding approval). The contractors on this notice are not guaranteed any works / direct works to properties and will have to follow procedures in line with DCC CPRs and Grant Funding rules. Due to the commercially sensitive information of the works and the non disclosure of properties this Notice will cover all works if any are procured for HIA for DCC. Contractors selected must be local to the works being undertaken. If a contractor would like to be considered for any works contact should be made to the home improvement team of the Council
