The scope of the Services is outlined within the drafted service specifications, and the fully drafted version of the NHS Standard contract which provides details of the pricing, activity and reporting requirements.  Applicants are strongly advised to review this as it has been developed specifically for delivery of these services.\nThe ICB will promote Accredited Providers to all referring parties as those which NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board can endorse as being able to deliver the full spectrum of care required for the pathways listed above for the registered population within the ICB boundaries. \nThe Commissioners are looking to establish Contracts to cover the Services, for an initial period of 3 years plus up to a 2-year extension.\nThere is no guaranteed activity or income for Accredited Providers as these services are subject to patient choice.  \nThis notice is to inform providers of the release of documentation to initiate an accreditation process to deliver these services.\nIn order to express an interest and access the documentation, free of charge, please register on the In-tend portal via the following address and express an interest in the \u0027CYP \u0026 Adult ASD ADHD services - Accreditation\u0027 opportunity under \u0027current tenders\u0027.\nhttps://in-tendhost.co.uk/snee-icb/aspx/Home\nThe deadline for submissions is 12:00 (noon) 19th September 2025.\nIf you have any questions, please send them as a correspondence through the In-tend website in the first instance or via email to the address contained within this notice.\nThis is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.\nResponses must be submitted through the Intend e-Procurement Portal on the link provided in this notice prior to the stated deadline. Additional information: The Authority may wish to introduce additional services during the lifetime of the contract (\"Contract modifications\"). Such contract modifications will be contemplated where additional requirements are similar and or complementary to the services already included in the Specification, at any given time. Such expansion would be by the addition of services commissioned by the Authority as named in the Contract Notice (or its successor). To this end, the Applicant should be aware that after the award of contract, there is a possibility that the successful Applicants may be offered a variation to the contract in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.\nThe Authority anticipates there may be a need to expand the number of referrers able to refer into this Service within the locality of the Authority.
