    "description": "The Contract will principally comprise litter picking, grass cutting, leaf collection, tree, shrub bed, planters and hedging landscape maintenance services to existing properties and common landscaped areas throughout Elderpark, Govan, Ibrox, Cessnock and Kinning Park, Glasgow to the areas detailed within the Landscape Architects tender drawings and Elderpark Housing Association\u2019s property address list (refer Tender Document K \u2013 Elderpark HA Address List).  The Contract may also include an annual tree survey service, tree and stump removal works, and repairs to existing damaged grass areas.\nThe Contract may also include Elderpark Housing Association\u2019s \u2018helpline\u2019 garden maintenance scheme involving landscape maintenance to gardens of elderly residents.  However, this work is provisional and not guaranteed, and Bidder\u2019s rates for the \u2018helpline\u2019 garden scheme will not be taken into account in the tender evaluation.The commencement date for the Measured Term Contract is currently estimated to be 1st July 2023 and the completion date is 30th June 2025.\nSubject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, which will be assessed through measurement of the Key Performance Indicator\u2019s (Refer Tender Document F), it is intended that the Contract will be extended on an annual basis by a maximum of two further years until 2027. Orders for future landscape maintenance services may be placed by Elderpark Housing Association during Year Thee, Year Four or at any point until expiry of the Measured Term Contract (maximum of four years from the date of entering into the Contract).",
