    "description": "The Council wishes to appoint a specialist agency to deliver Christmas Lights Switch-On Events, with the arrival of Santa Claus in each of the following five urban areas - Banbridge, Craigavon (Brownlow), Dromore, Portadown and Lurgan with the arrival of Santa via a Mobile Christmas Grotto (MCG) e.g. vintage bus etc, along with a comprehensive community-focused programme of activities. \nFurthermore, Council wishes to support seven rural areas by enhancing their existing Christmas offerings. This may be through the provision of the MCG (which is also part of this tender process) along with a programme of town centre / village family friendly animation e.g. face painting, walk-about characters etc., which will be the responsibility of the appointed events management team.\nThe successful contractor will be required to deliver the project in its entirety, and we invite detailed innovative proposals for an inclusive and effective programme.
