    "description": "This contract will deliver a planned programme of overnight short breaks for children and young people with disabilities who have an assessed need who are residents in of Shropshire Council. \nThe service will be delivered from the council owned purpose-built premises at Bradbury House, Frith Close, Shrewsbury. SY2 5XW \nThis is a purpose built 7 bedroomed unit with enclosed outdoor space. \nOvernight short breaks for children and young people with disabilities and their families will be provided through a Hub and Spoke model.  \nBradbury House being the hub of the model with all other overnight short break options \u2013 for example, but not limited to, Family Based (foster) care, Home Based (domiciliary) Care, In-Home overnight sitting service, and Activity based short breaks.
