Create a framework that focuses on the following Professional Services: Employers Agents, Valuations and Multi-Disciplinary Services Framework will run for 8 years as an Open Framework and be re-opened at least once during the first 3 years and again in the following 5 years The Framework will consist of: o Lot 1: Employers Agents - this is a role primarily used in design and build contracts, where the employer delegates responsibilities to a professional representative.
