    "description": "ABC Council seeks to appoint a suitably qualified team to fully manage, coordinate and deliver a Disability Employment Programme in 2025/2026 to support the local economy and support local people into employment. This intervention is an important strand under Strategic Priority 2 of the ABC LMP Action Plan 2025/2026: To improve employability outcomes and/or labour market conditions locally.\nCollaborative bids which demonstrate experience are welcome. The successful delivery partner or collaboration partners will have extensive experience in the field of engaging and training those with disabilities and health conditions effectively to make a difference in Employability and Skills outcomes.  This should include training provision relating to communication, skills and confidence building.  Experience engaging with employers and/or the business community is also a requirement. Should demand/budget increase you must have the capacity to increase delivery. The programme will also include working in partnership with the ABC LMP team to run a reverse job fair within the ABC borough. The successful delivery partner will plan and host a celebration event after the programme completes in the ABC area.",
