    "description": "TENDER NOTICE: P1017 Eye Care Electronic Referral Solution\n** Please note, Due to the increasing pressures surrounding delivery of safe and effective eye care in Wales, the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care gave evidence to the Health and Social Care Committee on 5 June 2025, referencing specifically the importance of the digital eye care programme ERS, providing commitments to the Health and Social Care committee that the programme would be implemented on an urgent basis in 2026. \nAs a result of this ministerial priority against eye care waiting times and safe delivery of care, the Welsh Government digital and eye care policy teams have re-prioritised some funding to enable a practical solution for ERS to be implemented within the timescales outlined by the Cabinet Secretary.\nWhilst the timescales for delivery are tight, an immediate solution has been prioritised for patient safety.",
