The tecnical nature of the requirement prevented a \u0027quick\u0027 resolution, which led to the conclusion that continuing with the current provider was the most sensible approach in the interim.\nThe group would like to competitively tender this requirement with an updated specification of system and user outcomes, which is currently being produced.\nTherefore, going forward, this opportunity will be tendered and a new contract awarded to go live 1st March 2026.",
