It is expected that the contract holder will continue to build the registered list of patients; population growth in the area has an indicative growth of 5,000 to 10,000 in the fifteen (15) year maximum contract period. The provider will occupy the new health centre building proposed on the Hampden Fields development as an additional site, if and when available.\nThe APMS baseline price will be the GMS price. The 2025/26 GMS price is \u00a3116.01 per weighted patient (weighted list size being 14,639 as at 01/04/25) once out of hours deduction is applied.\nThis exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.",
