    "description": "This REPLACES the previous Prior Information Notice as tender documentation is now available.\r\n\r\nESPO is seeking to identify and appoint a supplier to provide external auditing services. The objective is to identify a single supplier of external auditing services which best meets the requirements and which offers excellent value for money.\r\n\r\nThe external auditing services required will include (but are not limited to):\r\n\u2022 Planning, management and execution of an annual external audit of ESPO\r\n\u2022 Reporting on the external audit processes used to ESPO\u0027s Management and Audit and Finance Committee.\r\n\u2022 Provision of advice to the committee on technical accounting and financial matters\r\n\u2022 Liaison and coordination with the internal auditors\r\n\u2022 Provision of an assessment of financial statements\r\n\r\nThe contract has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
