TfL will purchase 20 per cent of the power generated by the renewable facility (around 80GWh per annum) for the duration of the supply period (i.e. 15 years) as well as the associated environmental attributes and benefits.\nThe contract structure is a \u0027pay-as-produced\u0027 sleeved (\u0027physical\u0027) PPA for the supply of solar power, with TfL\u0027s existing utility supplier (or such other licensed supplier that TfL may appoint from time to time) providing the sleeving services.\nTfL conducted a Negotiated Procedure with prior call for competition under the Utilities Contracts Regulations (2016).\nThe award criteria consisted of both quality and price components; however, all quality evaluation took place on a pass/fail basis, with 100% of the evaluation weighting applied to the price (with all compliant bidders ranked accordingly).",
