    "description": "The Welsh Blood Service (WBS) is an All Wales Service collecting voluntary, non-remunerated blood donations from the public. These donations are processed and tested before distribution to hospitals where they support patient care.\nThe WBS is a division of Velindre University NHS Trust. A Senior Leadership Team supports the Divisional Director of the WBS and the WBS is authorised and licenced by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, who audit the organisation at defined periods.\nThe WBS Transport Department operates a large fleet of vehicles as part of the organisation\u2019s activities in the collection, testing and distribution of blood and blood products to its customer hospitals.   A proportion of these vehicles are based in North Wales at two separate locations.  It is essential that the WBS service have to necessary maintenance contact in place to ensure that all vehicle\u2019s operated and driven by employees are legally compliant with current road transport legislation.\nThe main locations for the vehicles are. \nNorth West Team Base, Llandygai, Bangor (LL57 4YH)\nNorth East Team Base and holding/distribution centre, Pembroke House, Wrexham (LL13 7YT)\nThe Maintenance provision will be split into different categories as detailed below and will be subject to the requirements of each specific vehicle type:\n\u2022\tService\n\u2022\tMOT\n\u2022\tVehicle plating\n\u2022\tEight weekly inspection\n\u2022\tTail lift maintenance\n\u2022\tAir conditioning\n\u2022\tBody and Paintwork Repair \n\u2022\tHeating and Cooling Servicing\n\u2022\tStorage Requirements\n\u2022\tCollection and Delivery\n\u2022\tAd-Hoc Requirements\n\u2022\tEmergency Cover and Callouts",
