    "procurementMethodRationale": "Although, other Building Management/Automation System Contractors were identified it was established that due to the merger of a legacy and new (upgrade) system this would pose a significant risk to FCDO, regarding the system being maintained to the manufacturers specifications. Schneider Electric are the only entity who have the capability and competency to service and maintain the system (legacy and new) installed at the British Embassy Washington (BEW) premises. Subsequently, following the partial upgrade of the system, any 3rd party intervention could jeopardise warranties, whilst there are still some current issues with the system to be addressed/rectified, where the appointment of SE will assist in the process. In addition, the system must be maintained by Schneider to guarantee warranty.",
