Description
The Council of the Borough of Kirklees ("the Council") sought supplier(s) for the concession provision of Ice Cream licences at four designated Council parks ("Lots"): • Beaumont Park • Crow Nest Park • Wilton Park • Greenhead Park The scope of Services includes the sale of ice cream, ice cream tubs, ice lollies, bottled water, cans of soft drink and flavoured slush puppies. Invited Suppliers could bid for single or all Lots. The Council does not guarantee any volume of supply during the term of the contract. The volume of supply is dependent on the demand. The demand is strongly led by the season, weather and school holidays. The licence contract period is 24 months in total.
