The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the Standstill Period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 17 July 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the PSR.\n\u2022\tThe provider continue to meet the necessary key criteria used to evaluate the current service and the impact of the exit of service.  Pioneer continue to provide the required assurances over quality, patient experience, system working and provider relationships, clinical governance, effective policies and value for money.  \n\u2022\tThis service exit arrangement applies to activity for patients who have already had their pathway of care transferred via IPT from MYTT to Pioneer.
