    "description": "NEWS currently owns and manages a Materials Recycling Facility (MFR) at its Costessey location.  The plant operates 24/7/365 days per year.  The waste that is treated or passed through the plant is critical to the successful operation of the waste production for the Councils identified above.\nThe original CP plant was installed in 2003 and upgraded by machineX in 2014.   The plant is a 35tonne per hour MRF with screens, air separators and 11 bailers.  It has a mix of American, Canadian \u0026 UK equipment of mixed of ages.
