        "description": "Equipment will be maintained in line fully with the manufacturers\u0027 specifications. \nImage Intensifiers will undergo annual Quality Assurance Inspections - copies of these reports will \nbe made available on each unit. \nThe use of the Image Intensifiers will be in line with the companies IRMER Regulations and Radiation \nSafety Procedures - copies of which will be supplied to the Hospital. \nEquipment will be installed and tested in the evening prior to the session or in the morning, \ndepending on access/ward opening and closing times. \n2 fully trained lithotripsy technicians \nComprehensive treatment sheet for each treatment. \nAll staff will be DBS checked on employment and every 2 years thereafter. \nAll staff will be HCPC registered. \nPatients who are scanned/screened by FMS technicians using FMS equipment but no stone is found \nare recorded as being treated. \nIn the event of equipment failure the Hospital will only be charged for patients treated. \nComprehensive audits of patient treatments are available on request.",
