Over the past few years we\u2019ve seen a significant increase to the visitor numbers in parks as people are realising the benefits that come from greenspace. \nThe former Sons of Rest building at Handsworth Park offers an opportunity within a heavily urbanised area for a suitable space that can deliver community services/activities and meeting room hire.\nThe contract will be let under a concession agreement for a period of ten years.  Bidders should note that if successful all costs associated with the delivery of the service shall be the responsibility of the Concessionaire. \nThis Request for Quotations is being issued using the Council\u2019s e-tendering system \u2018In-tend\u2019 and organisations must ensure that they are registered users.  The procurement process will be managed using this system and therefore all bids must be submitted by Tenderers via the \u2018in-tend\u2019 system.\nhttps://in-tendhost.co.uk/birminghamcc\nRegistration and use of in-tend is free. All correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function and you should not contact any individual directly either by email or by telephone.
