    "description": "South East Coast Ambulance is seeking Main Contractor design and build services to undertake the delivery of the Ground and First floor reconfiguration and refurbishment programme for the Trust headquarters at Nexus House, Crawley. The programme of works is to be undertaken within a live working 999 and 111 call centre environment so the minimum implications to the live environment is a high priority. In order to achieve this, the works are proposed to be phased. Bidders are recommended to visit site on either the 14th or 15th July 2025. Please download Document 6-Site Visit Attendance complete and return by 10am on 10th July, via the messaging service on the portal, to advise who will be attending (no more than 2 personnel, to avoid disruption to staff answering emergency telephone calls). The building contract will be in the format of JCT Design Build 2024.
