The procurement is run in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, Light Touch Regime (LTR) below-threshold, one stage tender.\nThe aim of the service is to provide timely, accessible, current and good quality information and advice to older people living in B\u0026NES, promoting independence and supporting social and financial inclusion.\nThis project is for the re-commissioning of an existing service. This is a community-based service and as such needs to be highly accessible to the community. Special attention will be given to supporting access for individuals living in areas of high deprivation and to any other individuals who may experience barriers to accessing the service.\nThe service will provide information and advice to older people, their families and carers living in Bath \u0026 North East Somerset free of charge, 5 days a week, utilising a range of channels and formats to ensure service accessibility, including home visits and outreach surgeries promoting independence such is supporting access to benefits and providing tailored housing advice.",
