This tender opportunity comprises of minor internal alterations works to the Steam Room area of the Derg Valley Leisure Centre following the successful delivery of Phase 1 Derg Active works and additional funding now being made available. Works consist of refurbishment in finishes including Mechanical and Electrical upgrades to existing health suite facility and break through to an existing Store room to facilitate inclusion of infra red sauna(s) Ice baths, etc to extend the well being offering of the centre. It is anticipated works will commence on site in summer 2025, with an approx. construction programme of approx. 7-8 weeks ( TBC in ITT documents ), enabling completion by the end of early Autumn 2025 to meet The Levelling Up Funding (LUF) deadline for expenditure ( subject to funding being secured ) Early appointment will enable IST extended lead in times of materials / equipment / programming etc that will reduce overall disruption to the live centre offering.
