    "description": "Solihull Council are tendering for a service provider to deliver resident engagement and retrofit work within the Solihull Borough.\nThe service provider will support the Your Future Chelmsley Wood (YFCW) project (formally Net Zero Neighbourhood/15-minute Neighbourhood project) by delivering engagement and retrofit assessments in the Chelmsley Wood area.\nIn addition, the service provider may be called on to provide professional retrofit services as part of the West Midlands Combined Authority led \u0027Building Retrofit Pilot\u0027.
