Description
The City of London Corporation (the City) invited Tenders for the provision of a Lead Consultant (Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Architectural, Building Surveyor and Building Control Principal Designer) and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Consultants as part of the design team to deliver a programme of combined minor improvements and cyclical works to refurbish the Guildhall School of Music & Drama from 2025 to 2030.
