East Grange Drive is commissioned to provide move-on accommodation and support for people leaving the Intermediate Housing Units. The Maltings and Rose Villa provide medium term accommodation and support for people leaving hospital. Referrals for these services come from the acute wards via the Accommodation Gateway, which is a Leeds and York Partnership Foundation Trust (LYPFT) managed function.\nThese services form an integral and essential part of the hospital discharge pathway in Leeds, and are an important resource used by the acute wards to ensure move-on and flow out of hospital.\nThe intension is to award a contract under the Most Suitable Provider Process of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.\nThe approximate lifetime value of the contract is \u00a310,087,304.00. This is an existing service to be delivered by the existing provider. The start date for which this service is intended to be  provided is 1st July 2025",
