Awarded - AHDB wished to appoint a supplier to provide design, build, dismantle and disposal of a stand build for Anuga. Anuga is a biannual event held in Cologne, Germany in October taking place between 04 - 08 October 2025. It is preferred that the successful supplier is able to communicate in English to key members of AHDB staff and co-exhibitors on site, and fluent German to communicate with the show organisers and services suppliers (technicians, caterers) working on Anuga. The Project Manager of the successful suppliers’ team must be available for the duration of this project, from design and construction, through to dismantling of the stand and must be capable of dealing with any eventuality. A nominated deputy must be available during any absence of the Project Manager. The closing date for this tender opportunity is NOON 9th May 2025 Budget range of £260,000-£280,000 including VAT.
