The Contractor shall be responsible for visiting the site(s) to take all their own measurements, site surveys, necessary particulars and should arrange with the establishment for gaining access to the relevant areas. This is more applicable to any remedial works that arise from servicing and maintenance works.\nThe Contractor will be responsible for ensuring continuity between trades if required.\nThe Contractor must also be familiar with the \u201cRight to Repair Regulations\u201d and ensure that the contracted service provided fulfils this requirement.",
