Oswestry Town Council is seeking to appoint a Fundraising Consultant to work alongside Oswestry Town Council and its partners to develop a long term fundraising strategy and to support the implementation of fundraising for the Delivery Phase of the project.

Lot Description: Oswestry Town Council is seeking to appoint an Fundraising Consultant to work alongside Oswestry Town Council and its partners to develop a long term fundraising strategy and to support the implementation of fundraising for the Delivery Phase of the project. The fundraising strategy is to consider all possible sources of funding, including, but not limited to, established public sector funding programmes, Trusts and Funds, legacies, sponsorship, high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. Identifying unrestricted sources of funding will be particularly welcome. There are two main purposes. The first is to support match funding requirements for the Delivery Phase of the project. The second is to support the long-term sustainability of Llwyd Mansion relevant both in terms of regular income, but also in respect of medium to long term projects, whereby Oswestry Town Council is seeking to build resilience and sustainability for the building going forward ensuring enough return to carry out a wide range of maintenance and development needs identified as part of the management and maintenance plan. The fundraising strategy and support with making applications for the Delivery Phase match funding needs will be provided in the Development Phase.
