    "description": "Oak National Academy has awarded a contract to Teacher Tapp for provision of two integrated research services: (1) a Brand Tracker Service providing triannual data on Oak\u0027s awareness, usage and advocacy among UK teachers, benchmarked against 20 education providers; and (2) on-demand ad hoc surveys using a unique digital panel of over 5,000 teachers to inform strategic priorities. \nThe supplier is the sole provider with access to the relevant methodology and longitudinal data necessary for continuity and comparability of results.\nThe contract was awarded under sections 42(1)(b) and 45(2)(b) of the Procurement Act 2023, on grounds that only one supplier could meet Oak\u0027s technical requirements and no reasonable substitute exists. Preliminary market engagement under section 16 confirmed the absence of viable alternatives. \nThe total contract value is \u00a323,052 (inc. VAT), comprising \u00a310,812 for the Brand Tracker and \u00a312,240 for ad hoc survey activity. Services must be delivered between 2 June 2025 and 31 March 2026. The award notice is published in accordance with section 50 and regulation 28 of the Procurement Regulations 2024.",
